You share the address, current condition and your goals. We review photos, documents and, where appropriate, arrange a visit or video walkthrough.

If the property needs work, we agree a plan: from light refresh to full standardisation. We focus on safety, durability and a calm, modern finish that suits the intended guests or tenants.

Guaranteed rent agreement

Once the standard and use-case are agreed, we set a fixed monthly rent, term length and responsibilities. You know what will be paid, and when.
